Trooper is bringing its latest chapter to the Norfolk County Fair this Saturday night.
The band opens for Finger Eleven at the Party on the Track.
Drummer Clayton Hill says that chapter began when longtime members of the band decided to step away.
The remaining members decided to carry on.
Hill says that lead to the band finding new energy as Paul Laine took over as lead singer.
Hill says the crowds have become more enthusiastic, and the energy around the group has been elevated.
The band is excited to play in Norfolk on Saturday.
