Health Canada is recalling some Flintstones Complete Multivitamins and Minerals tablets because of a distribution error.
Products previously returned by customers were accidentally put back into inventory and sent to wholesalers.
The affected bottles carry lot number N-A-A-E-X-K-W. Consumers are being asked to check their bottles and contact a health-care provider with any concerns.
