The Huron Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to recognize the businesses, organizations and people making a difference across Huron County.
Nominations are now open for the 2026 Spirit of Success Awards, which have celebrated local business achievements for more than 20 years.
This year’s awards feature a refreshed list of categories, giving the community more ways to recognize local success.
The categories include customer service, innovation, outstanding employer, new business and community impact. Awards will also recognize businesses in the retail, hospitality, service, agriculture and manufacturing sectors.
The Business of the Year Award will go to the finalist with the highest overall score.
Businesses and organizations can nominate themselves, and nominations can be submitted directly to any award category. The deadline to nominate is October 25th.
The Chamber’s Huron Accolades program is also connected to this year’s awards. Accolades submitted throughout the year have been carried forward as nominations in the most suitable categories. The program will continue for people who want to recognize a business without choosing a specific award.
Finalists and winners will be celebrated at the 2026 Spirit of Success Awards Gala on Wednesday, November 18th, at Libro Community Hall in Clinton.
