The Bluewater Recycling Association is reminding residents that election signs cannot be recycled.
With the 2026 municipal election over, residents are being asked to take down their signs.
The association says anyone who cannot reuse their signs should put them in the garbage. Election signs do not belong in blue boxes or recycling bins.
The reminder is aimed at helping residents sort their waste properly and keep recycling on track.
