A Kitchener man is facing charges after police allege he was involved in a break and enter in Clinton.
Officers were called on July 15th around 2 PM to reports of the break and enter. A male suspect had fled before police arrived, but officers were able to locate the man quickly.
30 year old Nicholas Halley is facing charges for break and enter, assault, resisting a peace officer and 3 counts of failure to comply.
