The provincial government is investing almost $1.1 million into upgrades to ease gridlock in Grand Bend. Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP Monte McNaughton announced the funding this week (july 18).
McNaughton said this has been a long-time frustration for those going to the beach town.
The money, part of the Ontario-wide Connecting Links Program, will be used to add a turning lane as well as a bike path from the main intersection to the Tim Hortons along Highway 21.
