A transport truck veering into the oncoming lane created scary moments for drivers on Perth Line 86.
Perth County OPP say on August 16th around 1 p.m., a member was driving a police cruiser east of Listowel when they had to take evasive action to avoid a head on collision with an eastbound transport truck that had veered into the westbound lane.
The traffic behind the cruiser had to follow suit. The officer conducted a traffic stop.
34-year-old Josh Cordes of Teeswater was charged with careless driving and was issued a Provincial Offence Notice (PON).
The incident remains under investigation.
