Perth OPP was kept busy over the weekend (Aug 24-26) with three separate impaired incidents in West Perth.
On August 24th, police were conducting a RIDE program, and a vehicle was stopped. A 47-year-old from Huron East was arrested and charged with impaired driving.
The next day, police set up another RIDE program just before 3 PM and caught a driver who was trying to flee the program. A 56-year-old from Kitchener was busted for impaired driving.
And on August 25th at 7 PM officers were called to the Mitchell Ball Park for reports of an intoxicated man. Police located the man and a 46-year-old West Perth man was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
