It’s time for you and your children to get some sleep. Of course at times that’s easier said than done, but Public Health Nurse at the Middlesex London Health Unit Bertha Streef spoke to myFM about some ways to help make that happen.
Streef says sleep is integral to a productive day, and stressed that creating a routine and sticking to it is one of the most important things to do to ensure everyone has a good night’s rest.
And with children going back to school after the summer, she said it’s a good time to put your family’s regular work and school day schedule in place as early as possible.
