The second ever Murray’s Miles is at McNaughton Park on September 28th. The walk is to fundraise and create awareness about Esophageal cancer, something which took Nicole Insley’s father’s Murray’s life.
The form of cancer is rarely talked or known about, something Insley discovered during her father’s four-month battle in 2017.
That’s why they took it into their own hands to raise awareness. Registration kicks off at 8 with the 5 kilometrerun/walk starting two hours later.
