Police in Huron County are looking for a missing person. 23-year-old Quintin Smith of South Huron was reported missing September 23rd. He was last residing in Exeter, but also has ties to Huron Park.
He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, black jogging pants, a baseball cap and backpack. He’s described as 5 foot 10 inches, about 140 pounds, short dirty blonde hair, with blue eyes and a thin build.
Family and friends of the missing person say it’s out of character for him to not have contact with them in over a week.
Police say the circumstances surrounding his disappearance are suspicious and are not ruling out foul play at this time. Smith was last seen in the early morning hours of September 21st at a gas bar near the north end of Exeter.
The Major Crimes Unit, OPP West Region Criminal Operations department and Criminal Investigation Branch are working together on this investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the OPP or Crime Stoppers directly.
