It’s coming up on Saturday (nov 2), the ever popular Owl Prowl at the Morrison Dam Conservation Area is back for another year.
Guides will take you during one of three sessions along through the area and teach you about owls and the other birds and species existing in the watershed, while you hope to spot a few of the beautiful creatures.
ABCA Communications Director Tim Cumming feels it’s such a popular event because of people’s fascination of the magnificent species.
New this year for families with children aged six and under is a 30 minute session kicking off at 5:30. The regular 90 minute sessions begin at 6:30 and 8 p.m. Cumming says get there early because it’s always busy and you want to make sure you get to take part in the fun.
Admission is by donation and for more information you can visit abca.ca
