myFM has an update to a story we brought to you at the end of August. A 53-year-old Exeter man is facing impaired driving charges following an incident on August 29th.
Police were called to a restaurant on Main Street North in Exeter just before midnight for reports of a fight in the parking lot.
As a result of the initial investigation, police started a secondary investigation and allege the accused was operating his motor vehicle while impaired.
The man was arrested on November 8th and charged with operation while impaired and operation while impaired-80 plus.
The man has been released from custody and will have a court appearance on December 19th in Exeter. Stay with myFM for further details.
