Middlesex County released more details pertaining to November 26th sale of the 50 King Street and 399 Ridout Street North properties in London.
The buildings were purchased by York Developments for $30 million.
The county has a lease agreement option to continue the use of the 399 Ridout Street property at no cost until December of 2024 with an option to extend after that.
The former home of the Middlesex London Health Unit at 50 King Street will now be proceeding with redevelopment.
