The 12th member of the Ausable Bayfield Maitland Valley Drinking Water Source Protection Committee is an Exeter woman, Alyssa Keller.
Program Co-Supervisor Mary Lynn Macdonald says they’re thrilled to bring someone with experience like Keller aboard to their committee.
The SPC works to create policies to protect local sources of municipal drinking water from threats such as fuel, chemicals, pesticides and more.
Keller will serve as the committee’s public-at-large representative.
