Arrest made in Stolen Trailer investigation. Strathroy-Caradoc Police tell us on January 8th Police were contacted by a citizen advising that there was a trailer that was posted for sale on Kijiji and the citizen believed the trailer was stolen. Police investigation led to an address on Metcalfe Street Strathroy where a male was observed by police unhooking a trailer from a pickup truck. The trailer matched the description of a trailer reported stolen in the City of London. The trailer was empty. Police checks revealed that the trailer was reported stolen from the Vital Point Church in London on January 6th. Police arrested a 44-year-old man from Middlesex Centre for possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine. The man’s name cannot be released until formal charges are laid.
