A Goderich woman is facing fraud charges. This after a wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on Balvina Drive on Boxing Day.
The owner notified the credit card company about the stolen card and Huron County OPP about the theft.
Police were notified that someone attempted to make a purchase at a local variety store using the stolen card.
An investigation led to the arrest of a 26-year-old woman on New year’s Day. She was charged and later released with a court date scheduled for February 3rd.
