A South Huron man is facing charges for impaired driving after being stopped over the weekend.
Police stopped a pickup on Carling Street in Exeter on January 19th around 3:30 AM to check on the driver.
Officers noticed impaired signs, and the driver registered a fail during a roadside test, so he was arrested.
Breath samples proved the man was indeed impaired.
Now the 23-year-old will have a February 20th court date in connection to the impaired driving charges.
His vehicle was impounded as well and he lost his licence for 90 days.
