Perth County OPP are investigating a second fire in West Perth.
This was the second residential fire in a span of 12 hours.
Police and fire crews were called around 5 AM to a property on Perth Road 180, between Line 39 and Line 42 on March 23rd.
Thankfully the residence was unoccupied at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
The case of the fire is under investigation and the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal has been contacted.
Currently police do not believe the fire is connected to a fire the night before.
