An Exeter man is facing numerous charges after a bank in Exeter was broken into over the weekend.
On April 4th, police responded to an audible alarm at a bank on Main Street South in Exeter.
Police checked on the property and noticed that someone had forced entry into the bank through a window, and rummaged through the office area and attempted to open a safe in the bank.
Investigators were able to identify the suspect and located and arrested him later that night.
While being arrested police allege the man became combative and resisted arrest.
33 year old Jason Ellis is facing charges for break and enter, resisting a peace officer and six counts of failure to comply.
