The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is making sure local health care workers have a place to stay should COVID-19 require them to be local while off shift.
So far they have had over 30 businesses and individuals reach out to them offering a place to stay.
President and CEO of Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance, Andrew Williams, says with all the unknowns of the virus and how it will impact us at this point they want to be ready, just in case.
Right now they are working on getting back to those who have offered their space and compiling a list they can send to healthcare workers throughout the region.
