Huron County OPP have laid charges against a man in Seaforth.
Just before 8:00 am on April 18 police responded to a call from an apartment complex in Seaforth on Main Street.
The landlord of the property called OPP after finding a man sleeping in a back hallway of the apartment building.
The accused responded to the landlord by assaulting the landlord.
Police then arrived, and under investigation, found that the accused also urinated on the floor.
28 years old Matthew Bouvier from Seaforth, has been charged with Assault, Mischief and 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on June 22.
