There is a COVID-19 drive-thru assessment centre in Goderich.
It is being operated by the Maitland Valley Health Team along with the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, the Huron Perth Public Health.
The assessment centre is located in the parking lot at the Knights of Columbus Centre off Parsons Court.
But the Executive Director of the Health Team, Matthew Hoy, says potential patients should contact their family doctor first.
Hoy says people with appointments can drive up to the assessment centre and a physician will be on site to take a swab sample.
He says results will usually come back between 48 and 72 hours.
Assessment centres are also being planned in Stratford and Listowel.
