Perth County OPP are investigating another break, enter and theft at a farm property in Perth East.
Sometime between April 22 and 23, suspects entered a storage building located on the property, and got away with stolen items valued around $3,000.
Stolen items include a DeWalt 20 Volt charging radio, a Linde welder, a red and white Honda XR70 dirt bike, and fuel.
This is the third time that property crime has taken place at this location in the past year.
Police encourage the public to lock their vehicles, homes and outbuildings, and to buy alarms and security cameras if at all possible.
