Perth County OPP warmly welcome home an officer who grew up in the area.
Provincial Constable Wilhelm, who grew up outside of Stratford, began her policing career 13 years ago in Huron County, and transferred to Perth County this past March.
In her past, PC Wilhelm was a member of the Perth County Auxiliary Unit, which is a volunteer unit within the OPP.
Provincial Constable Wilhelm was also promoted to the position of Auxiliary Sergeant before getting hired full-time as a Constable in 2008.
