Middlesex County warden Cathy Burghardt-Jesson is part of a economic round table which has been formed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, to help minimize the damage done to the almighty dollar.
Their goal, she explains, is assisting provincial and federal politicians lobby for change.
Sitting at the table are representatives from all walks of the county business life, from tourism to manufacturing to workplace development.
Burghardt-Jesson says she’s very encouraged with how the conversations are going, now three meetings in.
