An investigation in to a domestic assault resulting in charges for a Goderich man.
Huron County OPP received a call on Thursday May 28th from someone claiming to be a victim of domestic violence.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the accused has been committing several acts of domestic violence against the victim over a 16-year period.
Police arrested a 57-year-old Goderich resident.
The accused was later released with a future court date.
