A Central Huron man is facing charges following an incident in Clinton.
On July 14th, around 1 PM, police responded to an apartment complex on James Street for reports of a man causing a disturbance with a tenant.
Police say the man allegedly threatened and gestured to harm the tenant at the complex.
When officers tried to arrest the man he allegedly resisted arrest before striking the officer in the head and making threats.
The injured officer was taken to a local hospital and released with a head injury.
30 year old Jesse Hill is facing charges for assault causing bodily harm, assault and two counts of uttering threats.
