A Bluewater resident is facing charges following a complaint about erratic driving from a concerned citizen.
Huron County OPP received the call around 1:30 Sunday (jul 26) morning and immediately began patrolling for the vehicle.
A short time later a vehicle matching the description given was discovered in the ditch near Blue Bluff Road.
During their investigation, officers noted the driver was showing signs of impairment.
The driver was tested by a Drug Recognition Expert and it was determined he was not impaired by alcohol but rather a drug.
A 46 year old Bluewater man has since been charged with Impaired Operation by a Drug.
