The Municipality of Bluewater is set to move ahead with the Bayfield Main Street Revitalization project with an electronic public meeting on Wednesday, September 2nd.
Beginning at 6pm, the public meeting is meant to share details of their proposed concept plan to residents and get feedback on different design elements before Council moves forward.
Representatives of the Municipality and the Project Engineers will be in attendance and presentation material for the meeting will be made available on the Bluewater website on Friday (August 28th).
Anyone interested in providing feedback on the project can do so by emailing Environmental Planner Kelly Vader (kvader@bmross.net) before 9pm on September 3rd.
You can also pre-register to provide feedback at the public meeting- those details can be found on our website. (Contact Jodi Overholt at joverholt@municipalityofbluewater.ca or call 519 236-4351 Ext. 223.)
The project includes the installation of storm water drainage improvements along Main Street and features upgraded sidewalks, reconfigured parking, enhanced lighting and storm water infiltration basins.
