A farm incident on Monday September 7th has led to the death of an infant.
Just before 6 PM, first responders were called to a rural residence on Line 32 in West Perth.
The investigation has revealed that an infant was struck by a piece of farm equipment, and sadly the infant was pronounced deceased.
