The Huron Tract Land Trust Conservancy welcomed two new board members recently.
The registered charity formed in 2011 under the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation and the focus is helping protect and restore land, water, and nature.
Alison Lobb and Kim McCabe are the newest HLTC board members.
Lobb of the Clinton region, has operated Lobb Entrepreneurship for more than 25 years and is also a municipality of Central Huron councillor.
McCabe, of London and Bayfield, spent 15 years as a nurse before going back to school for Landscape Design.
Since then, she’s worked at a number of planning and landscape architecture firms, gaining experience in residential, municipal, commercial, and parks planning projects.
