A Bluewater man is up on a number of charges.
This after Huron County OPP were called to a home in Bluewater last Wednesday night (2nd) around 11 about a domestic disturbance.
Officers arrived to find a man behind the wheel of a pick up truck in an apparent intoxicated state.
They found some illicit drugs in his possession and later learned that he made threats towards his family.
The accused was taken to the detachment where two breath tests confirmed he was over the legal limit.
A 35-year-old man was later released with a future court date in Goderich.
