The Grand Bend and Area Chamber of Commerce raised $5000 during their recent golf tournament.
The amount raised is less than previous years, but in a time where many organizations are cancelling events, the annual event brought out sixty golfers.
All the funds raised go towards offsetting the costs of providing tourism and visitor services, as well as the operation of the Grand Bend Welcome Centre.
