The Stratford Police say four people have been arrested following a “gang-style assault.”
Last Friday, police say they assisted Paramedics with a male who had reportedly been assaulted.
Police say the victim had visited a residence in the East End of Stratford, where he was attacked by a group of four people.
According to police, the victim was restrained and beaten with various weapons.
They add that he was then driven from the residence and pushed from the vehicle in another area of the City.
Police report that the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was later released from the hospital following treatment.
Continuing, they say a search warrant was conducted at the residence where the incident occurred.
Police say they seized the weapons believed to be used in the attack and arrested four individuals, all residents of Stratford.
The accused have been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Forcible Confinement.
