Throughout COVID-19, One Care has changed how they operate to make sure they can continue to help people in Huron and Perth County.
Shelley Haist, of One Care, explains what they do.
Haist says they normally do around 60,000 rides each year, but have started new programs and offered new services online to continue to support people.
Haist adds that, through support from the United Way, they’ve been able to put together a new grocery delivery program, that’s been a huge success.
Haist encourages people to give them a call at 1-877-502-8277 to learn more about their services.
She adds they’re always looking for volunteers for the programs, pointing out they do need help with the grocery delivery program.
If you’re interested in helping, Haist recommends giving them a call or visiting their website. https://www.onecaresupport.ca/
