Huron Perth Public Health reported 5 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.
That brings the total number of active cases in the region to 39.
Four of the cases were in Perth East, while another was from the Cedarcroft Retirement home in Stratford.
Four people in Huron Perth needed hospitalization including two community members and two residents at Cedarcroft.
