A 65-year-old Kitchener man is facing charges following a RIDE checkpoint in Huron County.
Huron County OPP say Michael Meaney was stopped at the Bluewater Highway checkpoint at 12:25 am on Sunday Nov 15, just north of Grand Bend.
Officers say they had reason to believe the driver was under the influence of alcohol and was displaying signs of impairment.
Meaney was placed under arrested and later charged for Impaired Operation.
He has a Goderich court date in January.
