A break-and-enter in West Perth led to the arrest of a 31-year-old.
On November 30th, just before 6 p.m., Perth OPP were called to a break-and-enter on Perth Road 180.
The homeowners were at home and escaped to call police.
Joel Jeffrey Turner is facing charges for break and enter, and failure to comply.
