He says there were some highlights for 2020.
Challenges in 2020 included rearranging town hall for service delivery as well as service delivery in town, but Finch adds that staff really came together during the process.
Heading into 2021 Finch says he wants a roundabout at Airport and 83, more affordable housing in the area, and other housing developments.
