A 34 year old is facing impaired driving charges following an incident on Christmas Eve.
Around 4 PM, Perth OPP got a call about a driver who had left a gas station after an argument with an employee…but they drove away with the gas pump nozzle still in their vehicle.
Stratford Police found the driver a short distance away and he was arrested for mischief.
A field sobriety test and breath samples revealed he was impaired.
Now the Mount Hope man is facing impaired driving charges, a charge for mischief, as well as a charge for driving while prohibited.
