A Huron East man is facing charges following a snowmobile crash west of Atwood.
On January 27th around 6 PM, first responders were called to a trail between Henfryn Line and Krauter Line.
The driver was taken to a local hospital, and police noted suspicions of alcohol consumption.
A breath sample was conducted which registered a fail.
Investigators have learned the driver lost control of the snowmobile and was ejected while trying to pass another snowmobile.
Thankfully he suffered only minor injures, but now the 56 year old is facing impaired driving charges.
