Huron County’s Immigration Partnership Council is developing a new project that aims to address racism in our region.
Coordinator Kristen Crane says they have partnered with a local media company to produce an online panel series.
Crane says they have been hearing from people that acts of racism is up due to fear that has been made worse by the pandemic.
She hopes by having these conversations from people who have experienced racism that we can begin to end it.
More on the Immigration Partnership Council and panel series can be found by going to the County of Huron’s website.
