A Goderich resident is facing charges in connection to a number of break-in at a life guard hut at the Rotary Cove beach.
Huron County OPP responded to an incident at the hut on February 19 where the suspect was still on scene.
Investigators say it appeared there was damage to the inside of the hut and that someone had been stealing electricity to power a heater.
Two day later, the same person was caught on the property again.
A 30 year male is facing Break and Enter, Theft, Mischief, Theft of Electricity and a number of Fail to Comply orders.
