A South Huron resident remains in custody following an alleged domestic disturbance on April 2nd.
Police arrived at the scene and learned that an assault with a weapon had allegedly occurred, and the accused had threatened to kill the victim.
Officers tried to arrest the suspect but they took off running, but police caught up with him a short distance away, and a search of the man turned up a switchblade which is a prohibited weapon.
The 33 year old is facing 10 charges including assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, resisting arrest, and others.
