An argument between neighbours in Seaforth turned physical leading to a visit from police.
Huron County OPP were called to an apartment complex on May 2 to look into the matter.
Police say the investigation revealed the accused and the victim began arguing and that led to a physical altercation, which led to the accused pulling a weapon, which he began swinging, causing minor injuries to the victim.
Two windows on the victims vehicle were also destroyed during the dust-up.
A 19 year old Seaforth resident has since been arrested and is facing charges of Assault with a weapon, Mischief, Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and Carrying a concealed weapon.
