A South Huron resident will have to attend court this summer to answer a Dangerous Operation charge laid this week by Huron County OPP.
On Monday July 5th just after 6:40pm Huron County OPP officers received a call about a driver driving erratically on Elimvile Line.
Police spoke with two witnesses who were pulling camper trailers when they were passed by the accused. They learned that once the accused passed the camper trailers they heavily braked and caused the camper trailers to nearly lose control and crash on the gravel road.
The investigation into the event found the accused was driving in a manner that was considered reckless and dangerous. The accused was charged with Dangerous Operation.
