Sad news for families….as Theodore Tugboat will NOT be docking in Grand Bend.
It was announced that due to ongoing water level concerns from recent storms, it just wasn’t safe for Theodore to come to Grand Bend.
Today the plan is for Theodore to leave Sarnia, be in Point Edward for photos at noon before docking in Mooretown for Thursday and Friday viewings.
