The Forest Library will be getting some renovations.
The two part project is underway and will create programming space, improve accessibility and improve traffic flow and customer service.
A new partnership with Lambton’s Social Services Department will create a private space for Ontario Works clients who may face transportation challenges.
The budget for the project is $58, 500 and phase one is expected to be completed by October 18th, with no disruptions to service.
Phase two is expected to start later this fall and will see the library closed except for drop boxes.
