Indoor dining at Buck and Jo’s restaurant in Wingham has been closed after failing to comply with a Section 22 Order by Huron Perth Public Health’s Medical Officer on November 5th.
In late October HPPH carried out inspections in North Huron in a blitz focused on the reopening Ontario act.
Requirements are for businesses to require proof of vaccination, proof of id or proof of a valid exemption before entering establishments.
A follow-up investigation at the business resulted in pending charges for the business, and they are required to shut down indoor dining and only provide delivery and takeout.
